Inspired by the Japanese dessert Kakigori, snowpop is snow prepared from finely grated blocks of ice and served with syrups, puree, fruit, tea, cocoa, coffee, protein, and ice cream with or without alcohol.

Our story
The idea for Snowpop was born from a memory of a festival in sweltering heat and a dessert that wasn't exactly refreshing. Inspired by Japanese kakigori—served in teahouses in Japan in the summer—we imagined an alternative that was more refreshing than ice cream and more indulgent than a drink.
We have designed machines that provide a unique sensory experience , to be enjoyed at any time, based on healthy and quality ingredients, as local as possible. A creation to share, or simply to treat yourself.
The result: snow as fresh as ice cream, as thirst-quenching as a drink, as soft as a cloud.
